Mark Ballard

(PhD, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Founding President and Professor of Applied Theology & Church Planting at Northeastern Baptist College. Mark has authored numerous books and has served as a church planter and pastor in New Hampshire, Virginia, Florida, North Carolina, and Texas. He is the husband of Cindy and father of Ben.

Timothy Christian

(ThD, University of South Africa; DMin, Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary) is the Senior Content Editor at Northeastern Baptist Press. Tim has served as professor of theology at Northeastern Baptist College and Mid-America Baptist Theological Seminary, as well as pastor in the southeast, northeast, and in Naples, Italy. Tim and his wife, Judy, have two married children and seven grandchildren.

Jared August

(PhD, Baptist Bible Seminary) is Associate Professor of New Testament & Greek at Northeastern Baptist College. He has published articles in journals such as Bibliotheca Sacra, Bulletin for Biblical Research, Themelios, and Tyndale Bulletin. Jared and his wife, Allie, live in Arlington, VT with their son, Ransom.

Mark McGinniss

(PhD, Baptist Bible Seminary) is Assistant Dean and Professor of Old Testament Literature, Languages, and Exegesis at Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA. His academic interests include wisdom literature, Biblical Hebrew poetry, and especially the Song of Songs. Mark and his wife Joy have five adult children.

Kenneth M. Gardoski 

(PhD, Trinity Evangelical Divinity School) is Professor of Systematic Theology and Director of Doctoral Programs at Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, PA. His areas of academic interest include soteriology, the divine sovereignty and human responsibility tension of Scripture, and First Corinthians. Ken enjoys spending time with his wife Sharon and their adult children.

Wayne T. Slusser 

(PhD, Baptist Bible Seminary) is Dean and Professor of New Testament and Greek at Baptist Bible Seminary in Clarks Summit, Pennsylvania. Dr. Slusser produces a weekly blog, “Greek for a Week,” at www.NTresources.com that offers exegetical insights and strategies to learn, retain or grow one’s knowledge of New Testament Greek. He and his wife, Melissa have two sons, Jack and Nick.

Dorothy Kelley Patterson

(ThD, University of South Africa; DMin, Luther Rice Seminary) is a homemaker and has helped her husband Paige Patterson, formerly president of Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary, serving as professor of theology in women's studies for almost four decades in three institutions. With graduate and postgraduate degrees in theology, Dr. Patterson teaches, speaks, and writes for women. She is a member of the Evangelical Theological Society, serves on the founding board for the Council for Biblical Manhood and Womanhood, and attends Birchman Baptist Church. The Pattersons have moved to Plano, Texas, but travel extensively throughout the world. Their children Armour and Rachel Patterson live in Texas and Carmen and Mark Howell, with their daughters Abigail and Rebekah, live in Texas as well.

Melton Winstead

(MDiv and PhD, Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary) teaches Biblical Studies at Southern Evangelical Seminary and has pastored the historic Mt. Moriah Baptist Church in Marshville, NC for the past 15 years. He and his wife and two daughters reside in Marshville, NC. In addition to teaching and pastoral duties, Dr. Winstead speaks at apologetics conferences, leads local summer mission trips, and periodically helps with North Carolina Baptist Men's Disaster Relief (recovery and rebuild).

Stephen Rummage

Dr. Stephen Rummage is the Executive Director-Treasurer of the Florida Baptist Convention. Stephen has pastored churches in Florida, Oklahoma, North Carolina, and Louisiana. He received the Ph.D. in preaching at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and the M.Div. with a specialization in biblical languages from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary. He served on the faculties of Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary, New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary and Midwestern Baptist Theological Seminary.  He also has authored several books and founded a daily nationwide broadcast ministry which aired from 2010 to 2024. Stephen and his wife, Michele, have one son and daughter-in-law.

Tim Pigg

Timothy Pigg (DMin, Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary) serves as senior pastor of Fellowship Church in Immokalee, FL. Timothy is committed to text-driven preaching, evangelism, and discipleship. A conservative Southern Baptist, Timothy has served in a variety of roles with the Florida Baptist Convention and has been a featured speaker on multiple panels and at evangelism conferences. Having served several churches, Timothy champions the high calling of the pastor and believes that the most pressing issues facing communities and the nation are solved through the ministries of a local church functioning biblically.

Beth Madison

Beth Madison (PhD, Kansas State University) serves as Associate Professor of Science, Adult and Professional Studies at Union University in Jackson, TN. Beth has written and taught Bible studies to church and community groups for over twenty years. Because of her personal experiences with chronic illness, she serves as a patient advocate on local, state, and national levels to bring awareness and hope to those often overlooked in their daily struggles to thrive.

Ismael Dora (PhD, Baptist Baptist Seminary) serves as adjunct professor at Baptist Bible Seminary. Ismael also serves as Sunday school teacher and music minister at Atlanta Bible Baptist Church in Decatur, GA.
